• Dr. Subhasis Roy Chowdhury is a distinguished cardiology specialist in the Department of Cardiology at Manipal Hospitals, Saltlake, Kolkata. With 22 years of experience in the medical field, including 11 years of specialised expertise, he brings a wealth of knowledge and clinical proficiency to patient care. He completed his MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine from Medical College, Calcutta, followed by a DM in Cardiology from the Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research and Seth Sukhlal Karnani Memorial Hospital (IPGMER & SSKM Hospital). His dedication to advancing his skills in cardiology later earned him the prestigious Fellowship of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC).

• Dr. Chowdhury’s expertise covers a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions, including angina pectoris, arrhythmia, atherosclerosis, cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, coronary artery disease, heart failure, carotid artery disease, and hypertension. Renowned as one of the leading cardiac specialists in Kolkata, he is proficient in a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures such as Primary Emergency Angioplasty, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Pacemaker Implantation, Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) Closure, management of Acute Aortic Dissection, and Carotid and Peripheral Arterial Bypass Surgery.
